What do we do?

We draw on our own first-hand experience of governance. Our modular course starts with a diagnostic workshop review, followed by development and implementation support adapted to suit your needs – all delivered by a Chartered Corporate Governor. 

Our programme includes written summary reports and recommendations, and access to a suite of independently administered psychometric testing tools. We also provide Board meeting preparation and shadowing for assessment and feedback. We focus on results and value, not time, so you achieve what you want.
