Cathy is a Business Coach with an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change, committed to greater gender diversity, equality and inclusion at work. She enables individuals to realise their promotional aspirations, take control of their career development, build confidence and develop their leadership skills.
As a Chartered Architect with more than 30 years’ experience on projects in the Higher Education and STEM sectors, Cathy understands the construction / property worlds. She was the first female board director in 50 years of an international architectural practice and has won awards for her influence in a male-dominated field.
At JGA, Cathy supports organisations to realise the true value of their people, by coaching for sustainable business change.
She is an active member of the Association of Women in Property, having been its national Chairman. Inspiring, trusted and kind, she creates demonstrable results through her coaching, as clients achieve their promotions and goals.
