Our ’Preparing for Change’ workshop is for you if your organisation is at the start of a transition process and needs to create an effective foundation for change.
This highly interactive workshop will be tailored to your needs.

• Handling the personal impact of change
Individual coaching supported by Engage change readiness assessment
Individual coaching supported by Engage, an innovative coaching tool which uses proven methodology to focus on mindset for change.
This will increase self-awareness and unlock potential in leaders, enabling them to confidently deliver successful change programmes.
Coaching through Change programme
One-day Preparing for Change Workshop, Engage Readiness for Change assessment + ongoing coaching plus Team Change Readiness report and workshop.
Our ‘Coaching through Change’ programme is for you if your organisation recognises the value of investing in your leaders' ability to confidently deliver sustainable change.
It includes the workshop and content of ‘Preparing for Change’ plus individual Engage change readiness assessments and coaching (3 x 1 hour) for each leadership team member, and a final facilitated team workshop with an Engage psychological team assessment. The final workshop will enable the team to identify key elements to implement to evolve their impact and performance.
