We help you establish a pilot Champions group to attend the facilitated workshops we run. Tapping into our deep experience, we work with you and your co-owners to design and develop the purpose, role profiles and terms of reference for your future structure.
We then provide communication, education and implementation support and feedback before and after your first meetings – and development for individual representatives to thrive in their roles.
