What EO day means to JGA
We just love how much of a buzz there is on EO day, celebrating 10 years of raising awareness this time around.
In previous years we have held our own conferences and dinners as an opportunity to get together, share ideas and celebrate our own successes. More recently we’ve spent time supporting businesses that have become employee owned to get the best from their day, sharing their successes and those of the wider EO community.
This year a number of us are out spending time out and about, and some of us are with organisations preparing to join the ever expanding list of employee owned businesses. All this is evidence to us that awareness of employee ownership is growing, and given the number of conversations we’ve been having with those exploring their options, there’s no sign of it slowing down.
