We use a suite of tests to triangulate skills and behaviours, producing an in-depth report using trained psychologists’ insight.

Recognised psychometrics such as MBTI, Saville and Holdsworth, Hogan and Graduate Aptitude Tests can be used in combination to help provide in-depth pre-interview candidate evaluations.
