Garry is an experienced facilitator, coach, NLP practitioner and chartered member of the CIPD. He is passionate about the value of good EO leadership development, having seen first-hand the commercial difference the right support can make.

Garry’s previous career was with the UK’s largest EO business, where his leadership roles spanned HR, coaching, independent critical review and employee engagement. He brings a proven track record of enabling individuals, teams and organisations to realise the benefits of EO.

At JGA, Garry enjoys inspiring clients who have a values-driven vision to actively embed EO as a model for sharing responsibility and reward. He works with clients to align vision, strategy and behaviours, enabling them to embed the culture they want.

People describe Garry as motivating, supportive and insightful to work with. As a volunteer, he works with offenders in prison and offers his professional mediation skills in family and community disputes.
