Jeremy is the founder and MD of a business with a coaching approach as the basis for all that it does. He is a trusted Executive Coach with an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change who has seen and experienced the benefits of great coaching himself.

He draws on his own experience of growing a business after 32 years with a leading EO company where he held a range of senior operational and strategic roles. Putting clients at their ease allows him to share the honest insights and reflections that empower them to create the best solution for themselves.

At JGA, Jeremy is excited that Engage measures state, not competence or capability, so clients can quickly impact their own behaviours – benefitting themselves, their team and their organisation.

Described as a good listener who doesn’t judge while asking insightful questions, he enables clients to identify the right path to achieve their goals.
