Kathie is an experienced HR-focused leader and consultant. She has a proven track record in business partnering, gained primarily through the retail sector with some time also spent in logistics.

Now supporting a range of organisations, she specialises in assisting MDs, boards, employees and trustees to leverage the advantages of EO in whichever way works best for them, their role and their company culture. She draws on her extensive knowledge and experience of the EO sector.

As a thoughtful listener, Kathie is able to assimilate information to make insightful observations – then offer suggestions that enable others to move forward. At JGA, she enjoys the fact that each client brings a new ‘story’ and the challenge of finding the right approach for each, based on fully understanding their needs.
