Libby is a skilled adviser and coach who works effectively with people at all levels, whether their business is already established as EO or in the process of transitioning to it. She draws on her previous 30-plus years’ experience of using clear communication to bring employee ownership to life for these companies.

In conversations with company owners, Libby’s approach is to listen carefully and then help them consolidate their reasons for becoming EO. By encouraging them to explore how they – and their people – will feel when the change of ownership happens, she enables them to transition well.

She also supports people to gain confidence in their new role as employee owners, employee trustees or on employee representative groups.

People describe Libby as thoughtful, perceptive and approachable. She believes in the importance of investing time, energy and resource to embed EO successfully and is a passionate advocate of the value this brings.
