Nessa is an experienced virtual PA who supports JGA’s smooth operation, while working independently with other clients through her own business Good PA.

Nessa’s previous career spanned 20 years with the BBC where she started at Radio 4 as a secretary before moving to That’s Life and Breakfast Time. She went on to direct the BBC’s world, prime and UKTV free to air channels, but is now enjoying a healthier life balance – ‘working during the day, sleeping at night!’

Working from home, she values her interaction with clients, and with clients’ clients. She skilfully develops these relationships, ensuring contact is professional while creating a good impression for the company she represents. At JGA, she plays a pivotal role in building rapport with prospective clients and strengthening connections once work has begun.
