Jeremy is an experienced leader, coach, mentor and independent trustee who thrives on supporting clients to leverage the benefits of being employee-owned.

He has spent a lifetime in the EO sector. He progressed from shop-floor trainee to senior leadership team at the UK’s largest EO business while also participating as an elected democratic representative. He founded JGA in 2014.

As a champion of dyslexic thinking, Jeremy draws on his own gift of dyslexia to enable others to deal with and resolve complex change. His straightforward support adds value, while his largely coaching approach is supplemented with real-world experience gained through extensive practice. He has an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change.
