EO Boost 2020 registration goes live
JGA co sponsors the Employee Ownership Association virtual event
EO Boost, a virtual event delivered by the Employee Ownership Association, offers engaging learning and insightful discussions on what good employee ownership (EO) looks like - for individuals, businesses and the UK economy.
JGA are delighted to continue their support of the Employee Ownership Association to enable a broad range of businesses to access this event. The mixture of keynote interviews, explorer sessions, and panels as well as speed seminars, offers the opportunity to engage with the EO community and learn from others. Networking and an advisor showcase are part of the experience, enabling access to a host of specialists and advisors supporting employee owned organisations and those considering transition or succession planning.
Jeremy Gadd, Founder J Gadd Associates, explained how important he felt the event was this year.
“The EOA have been championing the cause for employee ownership for years, and rightly so! At a time when the focus on business values and purpose has been further highlighted, we felt it was vital to offer our support. We firmly believe that employee ownership offers the opportunity of a better way of doing business, and engaging with co owners is at the heart of this.
This virtual event potentially has the broadest reach to date, and we want to ‘do our bit’ in ensuring awareness and understanding of employee ownership models grows, enabling even more to explore the expertise and opportunities available.
We hope our co sponsorship with Postlethwaites will enable the virtual event to provide an experience where everything employee owned can be explored and shared more widely than ever before.”

Robert Postlethwaite and Jeremy Gadd on why they have sponsored EO Boost
"Following on from the EOA’s 40th year celebrations, 2020 has ushered in a new decade and a period of significant change for all. We have all adapted to new ways of working and it is no surprise that the Employee Ownership Association has embraced the opportunity to run a new virtual event that maximises accessibility for everyone wishing to build up their practical employee ownership know how or discuss the possibilities of how good employee ownership can have impacts for individuals, businesses and the economy.
“The growth in employee ownership continues apace. Greater awareness of what it offers businesses is encouraging more to research and consider it, all the more so in these challenging times. We’re proud of our ongoing support and commitment to employee ownership in the UK and beyond.
“EO Boost offers an unmissable opportunity to explore and engage with the varied themes of employee ownership and to access expertise. As many businesses consider their future and start to map their way forward, we are delighted to support this exciting event.”
